About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to optimize our supply chain and purchasing operations. This role is responsible for the entire acquisition cycle, ensuring that goods and services are obtained under the best conditions of price, quality, and delivery time. You will be a key player in identifying areas for improvement, implementing cost-reduction strategies, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing & Strategy: Evaluate current purchasing processes to identify improvements and implement new strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Acquisition Management: Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from identifying organizational needs to the final evaluation of received products.

  • Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate directly with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

  • Data & System Integrity: Create and maintain the procurement database within the NetSuite platform, ensuring continuous evaluation of vendor performance.

  • Compliance & Policy: Stay updated on legal regulations and ensure all purchasing activities adhere to established company policies and standards.

  • Financial Coordination: Verify supplier invoices against contracts, monitor corporate credit card expenses, and coordinate with the accounting department to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.

  • Travel Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of corporate travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation bookings.
