Position Overview: As Project Enablement Manager, you will be part of an in-house project management pool, reporting to the Chapter Lead Project Enablement, and accountable for delivering project services and deliverables within your area of expertise, supporting DDA Insights and Analytics initiatives through structured execution, cross-functional coordination, and transparent reporting to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.

The Opportunity:

  • Oversee end-to-end project and program management across multiple Insights and Analytics initiatives, ensuring clear definition, sequencing, tracking, and achievement of objectives, milestones, and success criteria.

  • Drive execution by coordinating cross-functional teams (product owners, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders), ensuring alignment across workstreams and program priorities.

  • Maintain and evolve integrated dashboards, timelines, and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and overall program health.

  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across initiatives, ensuring timely escalation and resolution to support on-time delivery and continuity across project phases.

  • Enable scalable and consistent delivery by establishing governance models and execution frameworks and facilitating stakeholder alignment through structured working sessions, clear communication, and effective decision tracking.

Who you are:

  • Apply and tailor methodologies, tools, and techniques (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Design Thinking, and Lean) to solve complex business problems, including leading pre-project phases and developing qualitative and quantitative business cases.

  • Demonstrate strong project and program management expertise, including facilitation of sprints, stakeholder workshops, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to manage ambiguity and calculated risks.

  • Operate as an enterprise and systems thinker, identifying interdependencies, risks, and synergies across projects and portfolios while ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.

  • Leverage data-driven decision-making through performance measurement, gap analysis, and insights generation, maintaining clear documentation, reporting standards, and best practices for transparency and continuity.

  • Bring a bachelor’s degree in business or related fields with 5–7 years of experience, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, experience in complex environments, and familiarity with organizational change management and cross-functional delivery models.
