This position reports to:
QMT Manager__
You will be mainly accountable for:
Working as an independent and reliable contributor in R&D projects with limited supervision.
Leading or supporting R&D teams with cost reduction activities for energy distribution products (following Design for Assembly, Design for Manufacturing analysis, Should Cost analysis methodologies).
Facilitating workshops with international cross-functional teams.
Preparing documentation and presenting analysis results to customers.
Qualifications for the role:
Master degree in mechanical / electrical engineering.
You are highly skilled in and enjoy working with Design for Assembly/Manufacturing or Should cost analyses and the energy, automotive or similar market.
You are passionate about creating cost effective product concepts and looking for potential design improvements.
Ability to demonstrate up to 3-4 years of experience in product or part designing.
Analytical but also out of box thinking is your nature.
You are at ease communicating in English.
