The Opportunity
Own the strategy and execution for Twin’s next generation of consumer-facing experiences.
You will design and ship end-to-end in-app journeys that:
- gather rich context about our members,
- set up personalized care plans,
- and deliver nutrition and activity insights that drive measurable health outcomes.
You’ll define the roadmap, ship quickly, run bold experiments, and scale what works across app, chat, voice, and AI-generated surfaces.
What You’ll Do
Know the member deeply
- Lead discovery through interviews, usability testing, diary studies, and behavioral analysis
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product decisions and narratives
- Build shared understanding of member needs across Product, Design, and Engineering
Build and ship core journeys
- Own critical consumer journeys from first touch through ongoing engagement
- Deliver consumer-grade experiences across mobile, web, chat, and voice
- Move ideas from concept → prototype → experiment → launch with urgency and quality
