The Corporate Communications Manager plays a key role in driving employee and agency force (financial representatives) engagement and supporting the messaging of strategic business priorities. This position is responsible for creating impactful content for internal platforms, ensuring effective communication across our employees and agency force, and supporting major corporate initiatives such as townhalls, conventions and event launches. You will collaborate closely with business units to drive business growth and efficiency through compelling communication strategies.Job Description
Develop and execute holistic communications campaigns to support business pillars across social and internal platforms
Manage and champion the review and enhancement of internal communications from various departments to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with our corporate tone.
Collaborate closely with business units to deliver timely, relevant updates for employees and agency force.
Craft compelling corporate content, from presentation decks to speeches, for leadership.
Lead in orchestrating key corporate initiatives such as employee townhalls, external delegation visits and other major events to showcase our business.
Requirements
Excellent writer
Meticulous and able to multi-task
Good visual storyteller with experience in creating video content/designing presentations
Must enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and be confident working with senior stakeholders
Experience in organising events and coordinating across projects
Knowledge of insurance industry would be an advantage
Working Experience
Min 5 years of corporate communications experience
Education
Preferably a Degree in communications, journalism or related field
