What You'll Do:

90% Learning & Problem Solving - Builds a basic understanding of our users, our products, and our markets through exposure to product support and testing activities.

Troubleshoots issues to understand root cause with close oversight from manager or peers
Participates in application, content and workflow quality testing, as appropriate
Provides support to the global product team

10% Communication & Escalation - Identifies and effectively communicates relevant information.

Communicates product bugs and workarounds in a structured manner, and with impact, to a variety of stakeholders including Product, Content, Engineering, and Support
Provides regular reporting on testing and support activities
Effectively organizes and manages own work with direction and oversight from their manager

What We Are Looking For:

At least 2-3 years' experience in product management or business intelligence
Preferrable background in FinTech industry
