About the role

We are currently looking for Sales Operations Executive who will be responsible for driving sales operational excellence, distributor performance management, and customer development initiatives to support sustainable business growth. The role acts as a strategic business partner to Sales and cross-functional teams by providing operational governance and execution support across channels and territories.

Ultimately, you will work with a team of Sales & Commercial people to support the overall sales process throughout the year.

A day in The Life

Role Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations & Business Performance:
    • Lead sales performance monitoring and business analysis across channels, distributors, territories, and brands.
    • Ensure operational alignment between sales targets, execution priorities, and commercial objectives.
  • Customer Development & Distributor Management:
    • Monitor and improve distributor performance, operational compliance, and execution quality.
    • Partner with sales field teams to strengthen customer coverage, and productivity.
  • Inventory & Demand Coordination:
    • Monitor inventory health, stock availability, and distributor stock management.
    • Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to minimize stock issues and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as key liaison between internal stakeholders and distributor partners.
    • Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field. 
  • Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data (internal & external data) to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
  • Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
