The Oncology Nurse Navigator provides specialized care coordination for patients across Cedar City Hospital and the broader Intermountain Health system. - 40 hours a week, salaried typically a 4-10 hour shift schedule.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on experience.

Minimum Qualifications Required
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (or obtained within 60 days of hire with approval)
- Three years of RN experience
Preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Oncology or care management certification (e.g., OCN, CCM) or specialty certification relevant to the role
- Prior Oncology or Infusion experience
Physical & Environmental Demands
- Continuous visual acuity is required to accurately read patient information, labels, and monitor data, and to assess patient needs and equipment use
- Frequent verbal communication and active listening are essential when interacting with patients, families, and care teams, including the ability to quickly recognize and respond to alarms, requests, and urgent situations
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are required to safely operate medical equipment, prepare medications, and perform detailed documentation using computer systems
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and reaching, to assist with patient care and to handle supplies and equipment of varying weights, including heavy items
- Regular walking and movement are necessary to assist with patient transport and ambulation, as well as to retrieve and distribute equipment and supplies; may include pushing and pulling gurneys and portable equipment
- Ability to safely navigate busy clinical environments with equipment, cords, and other obstacles
- May be required to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
