Meet your future team
As our new Senior Project Manager QHSE&E, you will join the Global QHSE&E function and report to the Senior Manager QHSE&E strategy and quality management systems.
You will be part of a team working on strategic programs across QHSE&E, supporting initiatives related to quality, safety, leadership, and performance.
The role involves close collaboration with senior managers and operational teams across QHSE&E and other functions involved in the projects. You will act as a central point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress across multiple initiatives in an international environment.
What we offer
In this role, you will lead and manage a portfolio of strategic projects within QHSE&E, working across a variety of topics and ensuring their execution. You will manage several projects in parallel and contribute to their development from early-stage ideas through to implementation.
More specifically your tasks will be to:
Lead and contribute to complex, global and cross-functional projects
Translate strategic initiatives into structured project plans and actionable steps
Monitor project progress and address challenges to ensure delivery
Facilitate decision-making by structuring topics and providing clarity
Act as a point of contact to ensure effective collaboration across teams
Identify and involve relevant stakeholders at the right stages of the projects
Support teams by providing guidance and helping to move initiatives forward
Facilitate problem-solving in complex and evolving project environments
Evaluate completed projects and ensure that key learning points are identified and shared
What you will bring
You have solid experience in project or program management within a corporate environment and thrive in crossfunctional settings, demonstrating strong cultural awareness and the ability to work across diverse environments. You are comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
Moreover, we expect that you:
Have approximately 5–10 years of experience in project or program management
Demonstrate advanced project management skills
Show effective stakeholder management and communication skills
Show ability to work independently in a remote management setup
Are able to structure topics and turn ideas into actionable projects
Demonstrate change management and problem-solving capabilities
Have a holistic understanding of business and strategy
Are familiar with data insights and how they support projects and decision-making ; an understanding of financial concepts is a plus.
