Who You Are:

Reporting to the Head of Legal, Data Centers, the Corporate Counsel will support legal matters related to the construction, procurement, and operation of large-scale data center projects. This role will serve as a key legal partner to internal construction, procurement, engineering, and operations teams and will lead negotiations of complex vendor and third-party agreements. The Corporate Counsel will provide strategic legal advice and manage outside counsel across multiple project phases.

What You’ll Do:

Structure, negotiate, and draft a wide range of agreements supporting data center construction and operations, including construction contracts, procurement agreements, master services agreements, equipment supply agreements, and other vendor and third-party contracts.
Provide legal support for large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects from development through operations.
Advise internal stakeholders on risk allocation, contract interpretation, and dispute mitigation related to construction and operational matters.
Negotiate confidentiality agreements and other commercial contracts as required.
Support compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
Manage and oversee outside counsel on construction, procurement, and operational legal matters.
Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on company strategies and their implementation within the data center platform.

What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years of legal experience, with significant experience in construction, procurement, operations, and vendor contract negotiation for large-scale projects.
Prior experience at a nationally recognized law firm (big law), with infrastructure, construction, or complex commercial contracting exposure.
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and partner closely with cross-functional business teams.
Juris Doctor degree.
