DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team as a Marketing Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to strategic growth and innovation in our clinical research and life sciences divisions. You'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, using data analytics to optimize performance and ROI. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign management, offering the opportunity to shape our market position across multiple channels while leading a team.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll create compelling value propositions, develop targeted marketing strategies, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You'll analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and support business success.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in clinical research, healthcare, or life sciences industry
• Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
• 1-3 years of leadership experience managing teams
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Excellence in project management and budget control
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing technologies
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing vendor relationships and agency partnerships
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• May require 0-20% travel
