The Customer Education (CUED) Program Manager supports the systems that power Klaviyo Academy, including the LMS, the credentials platform, and the data and reporting tools used across the Academy ecosystem.

This role works closely with senior Academy leadership and the Academy Program Manager to help turn strategy into clear, day-to-day execution. The focus is on keeping systems running smoothly, coordinating work across teams, and ensuring plans are implemented clearly and consistently.

A key part of the role is acting as a bridge between stakeholder teams and technical teams. This person helps translate learning and program needs into clear technical requirements, and then helps stakeholders understand what execution will look like, what tradeoffs exist, and how timelines and system constraints shape delivery.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep platforms healthy, projects moving, and teams aligned, while building deeper ownership and technical context over time.
