Now Hiring: Experienced Sales Manager

We’re looking for a leader who embodies our core values: respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Solve problems creatively and see the big picture

  • Minimum of 3 years Sales Manager at New Car Dealership

  • Honda Experience +

  • Bounce back quickly and push for results

  • Love mentoring and developing others

  • Thrive in collaborative, people-focused environments

  • Influence and inspire, even in uncertain situations

  • Communicate positively and build quick connections

  • Bring prior Sales Manager or F&I experience (preferred)

  • Have a HS diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and clean driving record

  • Can provide references when requested

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team

  • Set goals, support deal closures, and develop improvement plans

  • Build teamwork and strengthen advisor performance

  • Recommend inventory, assist with promotions and advertising

  • Maximize ROI by following up on all online leads
