We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join our Returns team and contribute to advancing our volume management strategy across Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, operational support and project coordination, while helping deliver process improvements.
Responsibilities
Support the operationalization of return processes and quality solutions by analyzing reports, dashboards, and datasets.
Analyze data to provide solutions for backlog management to stakeholders.
Identify and recommend opportunities for additional system improvements.
Participate in the resolution of incidents by proposing actionable solution plans.
Provide ongoing visibility to stakeholders through data insights and reporting.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently in 3rd or 4th year of pursuing a bachelor's degree, or pursuing a master's degree, in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field.
Interest or experience in project coordination and business analysis.
Power BI knowledge and strong interest in data visualization.
Strong analytical skills with interest in data-driven problem solving.
