Position:
Senior Product DesignerJob Description:
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer with 4–6 years of experience to help shape the future of our enterprise SaaS platform. You’ll work on complex workflows, large-scale systems, and data-rich interfaces used by professional users. This role requires strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complexity into intuitive, efficient experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive business value while meeting the needs of enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end design for core product areas, from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Design complex, data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, admin panels, workflows) with a focus on usability and scalability
- Translate business requirements, technical constraints, and user needs into thoughtful design solutions
- Conduct user research with enterprise customers, including interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate interaction and behavior
- Contribute to and evolve a robust design system to ensure consistency across a large product ecosystem
- Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
- Partner with Product and Data teams to leverage insights and metrics in decision-making
- Advocate for accessibility, performance, and usability in all design work
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes and team practices
Job Requirements
What we are looking for:
- 4–6 years of experience in Product Design, preferably within SaaS or enterprise products
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving, systems thinking, and end-to-end product design
- Proven experience designing for enterprise users (e.g., B2B platforms, internal tools, admin systems)
- Expertise in tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within agile environments
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work on large, evolving product areas
- Experience designing for role-based systems, permissions, and multi-tenant environments
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with design systems at scale
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and enterprise compliance considerations
