About the role

Job Description

  • Lead the shopper insights agenda and channel trends with impactful insights to support growth in the dynamic markeplace, with focus on Emerging channels.
  • Understand platform/platform shopper trends to support platform shopper expansion & engagement strategy. In-depth understanding of shopper behavior patterns, habits, motivations and preference, desion priorities and triggers to bring recomendations where are the growth opportunities.
  • Manages and influences a network of stakeholders to apply generated insights into data-led strategy plans and activations.
  • Works with agility to flex plans according to the everchanging environment maximum impact by triggering commerical actions
  • Manage all shopper research initiatives end-to-end and external agency to gather data & insights around shopper behaviours, current & future channel trends, and the competitor landscape

1.At least 8 years of experience in shopper insight, market research fields with proven tracking record of shopper insights initiatives, EC experiences is must. Both agency and client side experience, FMCG is must (food & beverage preferred)

2.Shopper/EC shopper research methodology expert, familiar with the latest tools of shopper research. Strong shopper empathy capbility and able to develop sharp shopper insights

3. Strong data analysis and insights generation skills and capbility, translate complex data/information into actionable insights and recommendation, with clear logic and compelling story by connection dots of information from different sources

4.Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

5.Fluent in written and spoken English.
