About The Role:

As a Learning and Development Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our co-workers learn and grow. You’ll design engaging training experiences, build meaningful curriculum, and support the delivery of programs that help teams succeed. As you create instructor-led sessions, your work will ensure our training is clear, effective, and aligned with business goals. You will specialize in training delivery and help create learning experiences that truly make an impact.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:

  • Facilitating and delivering trainings for varying group sizes and audiences to meet business needs

  • Partnering with leaders, subject matter experts, and managers to create clear learning objectives and course outlines.

  • Creating engaging training materials, job aids, and supporting resources that make learning stick.

  • Managing the scheduling or deployment of training programs across the company using learning tools and systems.

  • Supporting trainers, managers, and co-workers by providing guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices.

  • Updating and improving training content based on feedback, business changes, and regulatory updates.

  • Jumping in where needed to support the team and strengthen our culture.

About You:

  • You’re comfortable speaking in front of varying group sizes, from 5 to 100+.

  • You enjoy both writing engaging curriculum and delivering it through facilitating in-person workshops.

  • You enjoy both the creative and structured sides of building learning experiences, from writing content to designing visuals.

  • You’re comfortable learning new tools and technology.

  • You communicate clearly and confidently, whether you’re writing content or collaborating with others.

  • You care about creating a great experience for others and bring a strong customer service mindset to your work.

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with co-workers across teams.

  • You stay organized and focused in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • You show up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with training and curriculum development.

  • Familiarity with adult learning principles or learning theory.

  • Experience using learning management systems.
