We are looking for a PMS Associate EMEA to join our team in Malta responsible for post-market product surveillance and safety. This role focuses on handling complaint processes, analyzing quality data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a highly regulated environment. It is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who want to grow in Quality and Regulatory areas while gaining experience in an international setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process all level of complaints, including critical complaints, determine regulatory reportability, create or (peer) review and submit Vigilance reports.

• Coordinate responses to MOH under supervision

• Segment KPI oversight & daily activities with CQA and Plant

• Support Post Market Surveillance (PMS) continues improvement initiatives

• Work autonomously under supervision

• May train new team members

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor level degree or equivalent

• 0-3 years relevant experience

• Able to work in a highly regulated environment

• Detailed oriented

• Can work autonomously

• Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

• English skills: Independent User

Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
