As a part time Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, professional, and seamless service

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver friendly, professional service and maintain strong communication with managers and team members
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure consistent, high-quality beverage service
  • Take responsibility for assigned sections, including stock levels, cleanliness, and organisation
  • Supervise bar backs and support teamwork across bar and floor staff
  • Follow opening/closing procedures and ensure tasks are completed to company standards
  • Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards; report and address hazards promptly
  • Handle equipment properly and minimise breakages
  • Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and payment procedures (including Micros use)
  • Maintain professionalism (punctuality, uniform standards, training attendance)
  • Report customer feedback/complaints and carry out reasonable management requests

Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge, plus benefits
