Responsible for following a daily schedule of equipment service, general repair of non-medical equipment and minor construction of remodeling projects.Job Duties:
- Maintains and repairs all non-medical equipment in all buildings and systems.
- Performs general carpentry in support of alterations and renovations.
- Performs masonry tasks when necessary.
- Sets up scaffold and ladders for safe usage.
- Repairs a variety of mechanical, plumbing, electrical equipment and general building components.
- Maintains all tools and equipment in safe and operable condition.
- Reports problems to supervisor.
