Position Summary

The Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer supports enterprise applications and integration solutions by working across the full technology stack. This role involves developing backend services, data integrations, and user-facing web applications that enable critical business processes. The engineer collaborates with Business Analysts, QA, and other engineers in an Agile environment to deliver reliable, high‑quality solutions and contribute to stable, well‑designed enterprise systems.


Required Qualifications

  • Senior-level experience as a .NET software engineer supporting enterprise applications
  • Strong proficiency with C# and .NET, including backend development
  • Experience building or supporting full stack applications, including web-based user interfaces
  • Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with file-based integrations and/or EDI (e.g., X12)
  • Experience in large, multi-team enterprise environments
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, documentation, or analysis
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare or insurance
  • Experience with messaging – IBM MQSeries or equivalent.


Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $185,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
