Job Summary:

We are seeking a Intern – People Experience to join our HR team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for managing critical touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle, including offer management, seamless onboarding, background verification (BGV), benefits administration, and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in managing large datasets and ensuring continuous audit readiness through documentation and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and release the candidate offers upon validation of required details ; Verify supporting documents uploaded by the Recruitment team prior to releasing the offer.
  • Onboarding the new hires in the HRMS by validating the new hire forms and activating them.
  • Manage the BGV process by coordinating with external vendors to ensure initiations and closures meet defined Turnaround Times ; Follow up with HR Business Partners  to resolve documentation discrepancies or obtain clarifications during the process
  • Execute exit processes for employees ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and Turnaround Times 
  • Manage various employee benefit programs, such as car leasing, long service awards, learning assistance programs, etc.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and trackers and ensure all processes are "audit-ready" at any given time, adhering to internal quality standards and external labour law mandates.

Key Skills, Qualification, & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to manage large employee databases and per
