About your role

You’ll bring to the role a passion for delivering a seamless and engaging employee experience through operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR professional with hands-on HRIS experience and a strong understanding of core HR processes. In this role, you will support key People Operations programs across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

How you will make a difference day to day

  • Manage HRIS transactions throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, promotions, compensation updates, and offboarding

  • Support the administration of company benefits programs, including new hire enrollment and qualifying life event changes

  • Ensure new hires are enrolled in required training plans; support rollout, tracking, and reporting of annual compliance training

  • Assist in administering performance review cycles, including assessment kick-off, progress monitoring, and completion reporting

  • Monitor the HR email inbox and Slack channels to provide timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries

  • Develop proficiency and become a subject-matter expert in HR systems, processes, and communication platforms

  • Help ensure adherence to established HR policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Support payroll processing by verifying data accuracy and compliance with internal requirements

  • Maintain and update process documentation and refresh HR content on the company Intranet

  • Utilize Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, and basic Sheets) to support daily operations and reporting

What you´ll need

  • 2–5 years of HR Operations experience with hands-on HRIS work

  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
