  • Proven ability to independently drive workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills in fast-paced, transaction-driven environments.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred

  • Direct experience advising private equity and corporate clients.

  • Background in energy, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and, where appropriate, lead M&A advisory projects for private equity and corporate clients across sectors.

  • Conduct ESG and sustainability assessments, integrating qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform investment decisions.

  • Synthesize findings into concise, investor-ready deliverables, including reports and presentations.

  • Collaborate with ERM’s global technical experts to deliver multidisciplinary insights on every engagement.

  • Serve as a key contact for day-to-day client communication and project execution.

  • Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.

  • Apply ERM methodologies, quality standards, and best practices across all transactional work.

  • Support proposal development, budgeting, and marketing activities for new business opportunities.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, practice development, and enhancement of advisory tools.

  • Stay current on emerging ESG, sustainability, and M&A trends and represent ERM at industry events.

This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D insurance, 401(k) or RRSP/DPSP, and other applicable benefits to eligible employees.
