The Labor Specialist will be responsible for facilitating administrative processes for various HR functions including labor relations, staffing and compliance.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Administers consistent application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Tracks, schedules and assists in the preparation for arbitrations and other legal proceedings.
Facilitates administration of the grievance process, to include tracking and reporting on data, and coordinating remedies.
Responsible for generating and analyzing reports while accurately preparing and maintaining employee discipline documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develops improvements to the quality and consistency of HR administrative processes.
Serves as an in-person point of contact for general HR questions.
Manages consistent customer facing reports, to include labor relations analytics, union leave reports, etc.
Supports employee communication to production workforce.
Provides backup support to other HR functions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
One (1) or more years of experience in HR or related field.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze data and create process recommendations
Experience working in HRIS systems, SuccessFactors, Kronos, and Microsoft Excel
WORKING CONDITIONS
The following represents general working conditions for this office-based role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances.
This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.
Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.
Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:
$51,400.00 - $79,200.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
