Who we are looking for
We’re searching for a proactive and passionate Community Manager to lead and nurture the digital presence of a major automotive brand. This role is key to maintaining brand health, fostering positive sentiment, and building engaged audiences across platforms like Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who knows how to craft compelling narratives, leverage trending topics, and optimize content formats to maximize engagement on every platform. You’re a creative thinker with an analytical mindset, ready to identify strategic opportunities, manage risks, and deliver impactful digital experiences.
What you’ll do
Strategic Content Management:
- Develop, manage, and maintain the monthly editorial calendar, defining the type, format (e.g., video, carousel, image), and ideal platform for each post in collaboration with the creative team.
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms, ensuring alignment with the overarching strategy and timely execution.
- Optimize social media profiles by updating visuals, descriptions, contact details, and general information to ensure relevance and appeal.
Digital Community Management:
- Actively moderate, respond to, and foster conversations across all social media platforms, maintaining a positive and constructive environment aligned with brand values.
- Monitor brand sentiment, identify trends and conversation patterns, and report insights to inform global strategy.
- Proactively detect key mentions, emerging discussions, and potential crisis situations.
Insights and Optimization:
- Continuously track content performance and conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Research and experiment with new platforms, tools, formats, and engagement tactics to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
Support and Collaboration:
- Provide real-time coverage for key events, such as product launches, off-road experiences, and automotive fairs, requiring agility and responsiveness.
- Assist in identifying and engaging content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
What you’ll need
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing digital communities and content for brands, ideally in the automotive, lifestyle, adventure, or related niches.
- Outstanding Spanish writing and grammar skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for community interaction and internal collaboration.
Digital Expertise:
- Practical experience and up-to-date knowledge of major social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including format and audience specifics.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later) and monitoring platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch).
Strategic and Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to interpret performance data, generate clear reports, and translate audience insights into strategic recommendations.
Proactivity and Creativity:
- Autonomous, initiative-driven, and adaptable to the fast-paced digital landscape.
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative solutions for engagement and content creation.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
