Job Responsibilities:

• Garantir que a medição realizada atenda todos os requisitos do desenho do cliente;
• Arquivar os relatórios dimensionais em pastas de fácil rastreabilidade;
• Monitorar o desempenho dos processos através das cartas de I-Chart;
• Manter a integridade dos equipamentos pertinentes a sala de metrologia, tais como braço de medição, CMM e demais instrumentos de medição;
• Garantir a calibração interna de equipamentos: torquímetros, dispositivos de controle, calibres;
• Garantir o racional de 100% do laboratório dimensional, conforme frequência estabelecida.
• Garantir o RATE mínimo estabelecido em PPAP das peças produzidas;
• Foco na manutenção e melhoria das peças do DIG12.
• Suportar o cliente em reuniões para melhoras dimensionais.
• Atender e respeitar as normas e procedimentos estabelecidos pela empresa, bem como as diretrizes de ética nos negócios, declaração dos direitos dos colaboradores e políticas de qualidade, saúde, segurança e meio ambiente.
