Unser Project Development & Services Team wächst. Wachsen Sie mit und bauen Sie gemeinsam mit uns unser Team in München aus. Für diese anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d).
Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
Unterstützung bei internationalen Projekten vom ersten Kundenkontakt bis zur Übergabe der Immobilie
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Belegungsplanungen und Raumkonzepten
Unterstützung unserer Project Manager in den Bereichen Kosten-, Termin- und/oder Qualitäts-kontrolle
Vorbereiten von Reportings, Kalkulationen, Verträgen und -anlagen
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von hochwertigen Design- und Arbeitsplatzkonzepten
Allgemeine Unterstützung im Admin- und Tagesgeschäft
Das sollten Sie mitbringen:
Ein Studium im Bereich der Architektur/ Innenarchitektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder einem anderen immobilienbezogenen Studiengang
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office Programmen
Kenntnisse oder idealerweise sicherer Umgang mit CAD Programmen, idealerweise Vectorworks
Zielorientierte, verantwortungsvolle und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
Interesse an Weiterentwicklung
