SteerBridge is seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Team Member (Cross-Functional) to support the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. This role will serve as a key contributor to a Cyber Action Team, supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities and the development of Authority to Operate (ATO) and Authority to Connect (ATC) packages.

This is a hands-on role focused on cybersecurity documentation, risk analysis, and compliance within a federal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, review, and maintenance of ATO/ATC packages in alignment with RMF (NIST 800-37)
  • Modify and enhance existing cybersecurity documentation and artifacts (e.g., SSPs, SARs, security control assessments)
  • Track, manage, and update POA&Ms, escalating risks and vulnerabilities as needed
  • Identify, document, and monitor cybersecurity risks and threats, providing actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with Cyber Action Team leads and stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal security standards
  • Contribute to technical briefings and cybersecurity deliverables for leadership and clients
  • Track project-level deliverables including artifacts, schedules, reports, and metrics
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of cybersecurity-related technical issues
  • Operate independently under general direction while contributing to team objectives
