The Opportunity: We have a new opportunity for a dedicated Sourcing Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. You will be mapping talent ecosystems and proactively engaging top-tier professionals directly supporting our Talent Acquisition delivery team and shaping the future of WPP.

As a Global Talent Sourcing Specialist you will be at the forefront of our talent intelligence efforts, leveraging cutting-edge tools and innovative strategies to build robust pipelines of passive and non- passive candidates who will drive WPP’s transformation journey.

You will be a proactive, market-savvy sourcer with a keen eye for exceptional talent across crucial domain. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and qualify candidates, building deep talent pipelines and providing critical market insights to our Delivery Partners. This is a role for someone who loves the hunt, thrives on discovery, and is passionate about connecting brilliant minds with impactful opportunities across both technical and strategic talent pools.

What you'll be doing:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Develop and execute advanced, multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for a broad range of roles, including:
  • Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand talent landscapes, identify competitor organizations, track industry trends, and provide actionable insights to inform talent strategies and employer branding efforts for both technical and strategic talent.
  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across all relevant skill sets, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates is always available.
  • Candidate Identification & Qualification: Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEz, X-Ray search, tech communities, industry forums, professional networks) to identify profiles that match specific and niche requirements
  • Initial Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling, personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates, articulate the unique WPP proposition across different role types, and gauge initial interest and qualifications
  • Collaboration & Handoff: Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Delivery Partners, providing support with initial candidate screening, market insights, and facilitating a seamless handoff of qualified and engaged candidates for their specialized pipelines.
