Job Summary
Creating, managing and optimizing product offers to attract and retain customers and leading the strategic process of guiding a product from conception to market success.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Consumer and regional insight: Harness local regional insights to bring with portfolio laddering
- Align on Go to market approach for AMEA lead launches
- Define growth strategy for AMEA vs. portfolio strategy
- Drive business case setting and threshold
- Track launches and execution
- Define product strategy and plans, translating them into clear specifications for R&D to achieve business results
- Set up product pricing, maintains price limits, and develops strategic pricing for the portfolio upon benchmarking competition product ranges and pricing while monitoring technical trends and product segment roadmaps.
- Manage offer performance in collaboration with country and cluster product marketers, including PIPO, NPI, and MIP.
- Drive new product development and launch from initial phases through final product introduction, including input for APC and NPDL.
- Oversee portfolio life cycle management, including introduction, maintenance, rationalization, and pruning.
- Support ETO and Fast Track developments and provide technical input for commercial tenders.
Critical Experiences
- Master’s degrees in engineering or marketing field.
- More than 10-year experience in technical or commercial field.
- Experience and good understanding of AMEA market
- Be able to manage senior stakeholders
