Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst AI to translate prioritized business requirements into actionable work items and drive the successful implementation of AI/ML solutions. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Translates prioritized requirements into detailed, actionable work items (user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria) across data science, data engineering, and visualization

  • Ensures backlog readiness and supports effort estimation in close partnership with the Product Manager

  • Partners with the Product Manager to support product lifecycle activities, including measuring value realization and driving adoption post go-live

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 3–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in analytics/data-driven environments

  • Strong supply chain domain knowledge

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Strong requirements elicitation and user story writing skills

  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle

  • SQL and data analysis capabilities

  • Experience with Power BI and/or Databricks

  • Excel (Power User level)

  • SharePoint proficiency

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
