In the age of technology, things are constantly changing. The travel market is much the same, being more dynamic and complex than ever. Agoda’s Legal team is well suited to take on the opportunities and challenges presented, adopting a proactive mindset to enable the business and tackle complex and time-sensitive problems. We are quick on our feet, decisive and team players, collaborating daily with multiple stakeholders – internal and external. We hire proactive self-starting out-of-the-box thinkers that are well grounded with ethics and legal knowledge to ensure that Agoda achieves the right results, the right way. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Governance Coordinator to support our Agoda’s Corporate Governance team. In this role, you’ll help manage day to day administration of corporate governance processes across our portfolio of 50+ global entities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys coordination work, structured processes, and learning within a fast-moving international environment. 

*This is a 6-month temp fixed term contract

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate director and senior-level signatures for corporate documents (both physical and electronic). 

  • Track signature requests and follow up with multiple teams to ensure timely completion. 

  • Support routine governance tasks such as organizing documents, stamping requests, maintaining entity records, and updating trackers sites. 

  • Provide administrative support with notarization, legalization, and other basic administrative tasks including scheduling, vendor coordination, and workflow improvements. 

  • Keep governance files and repositories up to date and well-organized. 

  • Provide daytoday administrative support to the Corporate Governance team such as meeting coordination for directors, notaries etc.  

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or any related field. 

  • 1–3 years of work experience in coordination, administration, or similar roles (legal/corporate experience a plus but not required). 

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. <
