We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact engineering organization responsible for building internal platforms and tooling that support teams across the company. Minimum Qualifications
Proven ability to lead complex engineering domains end-to-end within a large-scale engineering organization Experience leading software development teams building internal tooling or platforms, including managing internal stakeholders 8+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including managing managers and leading organizations of 15+ people Experience managing or influencing company-wide processes Strong track record of building alignment across multiple cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, infrastructure, and business leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience directing company-wide processes and representing them to senior executives Strong communication skills, with experience presenting complex technical and business information to executive audiences Ability to balance the needs of diverse internal customers with broader organizational efficiency goals
