Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager - BIW/RM/Battery to oversee supplier readiness and operational execution for Body-in-White (BIW), Raw Materials, and Battery commodities. This role focuses on ensuring production continuity, managing supplier performance, and resolving issues across development, launch, and production phases. You will work closely with global suppliers and internal teams to maintain program timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.

You Will:

Manage day-to-day supplier performance for BIW, Raw Materials, and Battery components, ensuring on-time delivery and quality compliance.
Oversee supplier readiness activities, including tooling kick-off, part availability, and ramp-up planning.
Monitor supplier capacity, production schedules, and risk indicators to prevent disruptions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to resolve technical and quality issues quickly.
Support change management processes, including engineering change implementation and cost impact tracking.
Ensure purchase orders and delivery schedules align with program milestones and production requirements.
Provide regular updates on supplier health, delivery status, and risk mitigation plans to leadership.goaidataproductdesign
