- Lead the Monitoring & Data Intelligence COE, including risk-based monitoring strategy, oversight of in-house and outsourced monitoring, compliance scorecards, data analytics, and insight generation.
- Translate monitoring results, data insights, and investigative outcomes into clear risk mitigation actions and enterprise-level themes.
- Lead the TPO Management COE, covering the full third-party lifecycle, including risk assessment, onboarding, ACDD and red-flag management, ongoing oversight, issue management, and exit.
- Partner with E&C COE teams and business stakeholders to conduct root-cause analysis and design effective, sustainable CAPAs with clear business ownership.

- Approach work as a Team Lilly role model, influencing above, across, and beyond direct scope through collaboration, facilitation, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Lead and support global, regional, or affiliate E&C initiatives related to monitoring transformation, data intelligence, and third-party governance.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
