What You’ll Do
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be part of our innovative team located in Taiwan. You’ll get to:
- Execute packaging strategies to support new product development and existing product packaging activities within HTAS specific business units.
- Adhere to standards and template direction to create brand consistency across product categories and business units.
- Work with dieline files to accurately place artwork for production and assembly.
- Monitor and track iterations and reviews for approvals, proof and perform quality control.
- Participate in cross functional teams to design, develop, and implement new brand and/or regional compliance requirements to support brand development and distinction.
- Strive for continuous improvement and best practices for automation tools to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organizational teams to ensure that open lines of communication and understanding of packaging needs and processes are understood.
- Collaborate with suppliers and global packaging support teams to develop packaging design, specifications, and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Who You Are

- BS, BA or equivalent in Graphic Design or Visually Communication Design.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience with an in-house marketing team or advertising agency.
- Knowledge and Understanding of on-press production processes.
- Proficiency in all applicable MAC software (Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office).
- Good organizational, project, and time management skills.
- Self-driven & internally motivated.
- Design thinking, creative problem-solving skills and growth mindset.
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work effectively with Marketing, Design, Product Development, and Sourcing Teams regarding packaging execution.
- Superb interpersonal skills and International /Global experience is preferred.
- Experience managing and tracking tasks in Workfront is a plus.
- Portfolio with relevant work experience and examples are required.
