Misión: Impulsar el crecimiento de Edenred España mediante la creación, activación y escalado de un ecosistema sólido de partners comerciales que genere de forma sostenida leads cualificados, amplíe la presencia de la compañía en el ecosistema de RRHH y contribuya directamente al pipeline, revenue y objetivos de negocio a través del canal de venta indirecta.
Responsabilidades y funciones del puesto
1. Desarrollo y gestión de partners
· Identificar, reclutar y desarrollar partners estratégicos en el ecosistema HR (consultoras de RRHH, brokers, asesorías, SaaS/HRIS, payroll, benefits).
· Construir relaciones sólidas con decisores y equipos comerciales, definiendo planes de crecimiento específicos por partner.
2. Generación de negocio a través del canal indirecto
· Ser responsable del pipeline generado por partners: volumen, calidad y conversión de leads.
· Impulsar acciones comerciales conjuntas: co-selling, webinars, eventos, prospección compartida y presentaciones a clientes.
· Acompañar a los partners en ventas complejas (discovery, demos, presentaciones de valor).
3. Activación, formación y enablement
· Formar a los partners en soluciones, propuesta de valor, casos de uso y argumentario comerciales.
· Diseñar y ejecutar programas de onboarding, workshops y materiales de enablement.
· Asegurar que los partners identifican y cualifican oportunidades de forma autónoma.
4. Coordinación interna y trabajo transversal
· Colaborar con Ventas, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Care y Producto para asegurar un flujo eficiente de oportunidades.
· Alinear feedback del canal con la estrategia comercial y contribuir a la definición del modelo de partners.
5. Reporting y performance del canal · Gestionar actividad y pipeline en CRM (idealmente Salesforce). · Medir y reportar KPIs clave: leads, oportunidades, conversión y revenue generado por el canal. · Analizar resultados y proponer mejoras continuas en la estrategia de partners.
6. Business Development y Go-To-Market conjunto · Coordinar con el partner planes de dinamización del Go To Market para diseñar y ejecutar acciones comerciales conjuntas (campañas de co-selling, webinars y eventos conjuntos, acciones de prospección compartidas, presentaciones conjuntas a clientes, etc).
