Role Purpose:

The Asset Management Systems Administrator will support the implementation of Statement of Work (SOW) 5.2 under the Asset Management Program (AMP). This role serves as the primary system administrator for the Facility Link technology platform, ensuring operational continuity, data integrity, and compliance with AMP standards across all Cushman-managed countries. The position collaborates closely with regional operations teams, the client’s technical team, and internal Asset Management Program leadership to enhance system functionality and reporting capabilities

Core Responsibilities:

System Administration

Manage and maintain Facility management technology platforms. Execute updates, approve/reject changes, and ensure system integrity. Coordinate with the client technical team for system enhancements and updates. Run training sessions for internal teams and give support for effective system usage

Operational Support

Liaise with operations teams across all countries to track actions and resolve issues. Collaborate with technical scrum teams for system-related tasks and improvements. Conduct regular data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support development of standard reports and dashboards aligned with asset management KPIs.

Data & Reporting

Utilize Power BI for dashboards and reporting. Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for asset management and building systems.

Workflow Management

Oversee work order management processes. Ensure timely approvals and follow-ups on system changes.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the central point of contact between global operations, technical teams, and country operations managers. Provide guidance and support on system usage and best practices.

Qualities and Personal Attributes:

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of building systems and asset management principles.
  • Experience with work order management systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams across multiple geographies.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in facilities management, asset management, or related technology administration roles.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Desirable:

  • Degree educated – either Technical or Facilities department, Building Services
  • Proven relevant experience
  • Fluent in both Serbian and English language
  • Communicates proactively with all relevant levels of the organisation to obtain and share information.
  • Supports colleagues in meeting the client’s needs with transfer of knowledge and constructive feedback.
  • Relates to a range of people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, welcomes the unique contribution of all colleagues and clients.
  • Understands the client’s needs by actively listening the requests from internal and external clients and provides timely assistance with careful attention to detail and effective solutions.
