Content Marketing Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and implement the content strategy that fuels our growth marketing and demand generation efforts across the full funnel.
• Partner closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand and Comms to translate campaign priorities into high-performing content assets.
• Develop and manage multi-channel content programs including paid media content, landing pages, email nurture sequences, case studies, sales enablement materials, webinars, and thought leadership.
• Write and be responsible for production of compelling, conversion-focused content optimized for performance and experimentation.
• Manage the editorial calendar aligned to growth goals and revenue targets.
• Use performance data to continuously test, iterate, and optimize messaging, formats, and distribution channels.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all demand gen touchpoints.
• Support SEO-driven growth initiatives in collaboration with the organic/SEO team.
• Track and report on content performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally focused on demand generation or growth marketing in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of creating content that drives measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different channels and audience segments.
• Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and how content supports each stage.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with a variety of teams.
• Proficient in Asana, GSuite, Slack, Content Management Systems (Sanity), AI tools
• Strong attention to detail, understanding that quality takes precedence over speed or quantity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute.
• Experience in the financial services or blockchain industry strongly preferred.
