This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Trade and Customs Specialist in Huixquilucan with Signify.

• Customs & Trade Compliance Operations: Executes daily import/export and trade compliance activities in accordance with internal procedures and external regulations.

• Trade Data & Documentation Management: Maintains accurate trade compliance data (HS classification, country of origin, ECCN) and ensures documentation accuracy.

• Stakeholder & Service Provider Coordination: Collaborates with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely, compliant trade operations.

• Monitoring, Reporting & Audit Support: Tracks compliance metrics, supports internal and external audits, and reports issues or risks as needed.

• Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Monitors regulatory changes, escalates compliance risks, supports program implementation, and manages PO administration and spend control.

More about you

• Bachelor’s degree in International Logistics, Foreign Trade (Comercio Exterior), or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in trade compliance, customs regulations, import and export operations, and supply chain logistics.

• Demonstrated experience in cost management.

• Strong knowledge of applicable trade legislation.

• Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Fluency in English is mandatory to operate effectively in an international environment.
