This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Trade and Customs Specialist in Huixquilucan with Signify.
Customs & Trade Compliance Operations: Executes daily import/export and trade compliance activities in accordance with internal procedures and external regulations.
Trade Data & Documentation Management: Maintains accurate trade compliance data (HS classification, country of origin, ECCN) and ensures documentation accuracy.
Stakeholder & Service Provider Coordination: Collaborates with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely, compliant trade operations.
Monitoring, Reporting & Audit Support: Tracks compliance metrics, supports internal and external audits, and reports issues or risks as needed.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Monitors regulatory changes, escalates compliance risks, supports program implementation, and manages PO administration and spend control.
More about you
Bachelor’s degree in International Logistics, Foreign Trade (Comercio Exterior), or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in trade compliance, customs regulations, import and export operations, and supply chain logistics.
Demonstrated experience in cost management.
Strong knowledge of applicable trade legislation.
Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or equivalent certification is a plus.
Fluency in English is mandatory to operate effectively in an international environment.
