Responsibilities:

• You will learn how to assemble, commission and maintain machines and systems to ensure smooth and reliable operation 
• When technical issues or malfunctions occur, you’ll learn how to identify the root causes and fix them systematically 
• You’ll regularly check the quality of the products being manufactured and carry out measurements and tests 
• Routine maintenance tasks will be part of your daily work – just like carefully documenting all the steps you take 

Qualifications:

• You have a secondary school diploma (Realschule) or a very good lower secondary school diploma (Hauptschule) 
• You enjoy math and physics – you're curious about how things work and love learning new things 
• You're passionate about technology: you have good manual skills, and you're especially interested in working with plastics and metals 
• You have a strong spatial imagination, which helps you understand technical processes more easily 
• Precision and accuracy are important to you – you like working in a structured and systematic way
