The Wireless Technologies team is seeking a highly motivated, creative Engineering Manager to lead our team in Beijing to deliver next-generation products. This position involves managing our engineering team in Beijing, collaborating closely with R&D teams in the US and other regions, and providing manufacturing support in China and India. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in wireless technologies, SW/FW development, and proven leadership experience in manufacturing.

Description

Lead and develop a team of engineers with a focus on Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and UWB connectivity Drive manufacturing readiness and support for wireless connectivity features during NPI (New Product Introduction) Ensure RF coverage across development and production units, including throughput, latency, coexistence, and power consumption Collaborate with global R&D teams to support the bring-ups of products into production with a focus on the wireless connectivity area Define and optimize test plans and tools for Wi-Fi, BT, and UWB in factory environments Lead root cause analysis of production failures and improvement. Work closely with contract manufacturers and module vendors to improve test coverage, efficiency, and yield Help with compliance with regulatory requirements specific to wireless connectivity at contract manufacturers. Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes related to connectivity in the device production flow.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications, or related field 5+ years of experience in wireless connectivity engineering 3+ years of engineering management experience Hands-on experience with RF test and debug tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, OTA chambers, call boxes) Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and production test environments Proficient in verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of WiFi, BT, and/or UWB technologies.
