Why this role matters:

  • You'll ensure compensation outcomes align with internal standards, regulatory expectations, and emerging transparency obligations.
  • You'll act as the primary point of contact for compensation advice to HR Business Partners and business managers.
  • You'll provide expert guidance on market positioning, salary decisions, promotions, job leveling, and pay adjustments within defined guardrails.
  • You'll resolve complex compensation cases independently and escalate only governance‑level exceptions.
  • You'll interpret market data, pay equity analyses, and compensation metrics to drive informed and consistent decisions.
  • You'll review and validate complex analyses produced by analysts and provide insights based on the outcomes of these analyses.
  • You'll monitor external compensation and regulatory trends relevant to international markets.
  • You'll lead continuous improvement of compensation processes and documentation, controls.
  • You'll ensure compliance with internal policy frameworks and applicable external regulations.
  • You'll support audits, controls testing, and risk reviews as required.

What you need to succeed:

  • 8–10+ years’ experience in Compensation or Total Rewards within a large, international organization.
  • Proven ownership of complex, multi‑country compensation cycles and execution models.
  • Practical experience with pay equity analysis and/or involvement in pay transparency implementation.
  • Deep understanding of job architecture, market pricing, and internal equity principles.
  • Recognized subject‑matter expertise, ability to operate independently.
  • You are comfortable interpreting complex data and making sound, defensible decisions.
