Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary.
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, follow best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
- Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ÏTSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, Employee Centre.
- Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
- Create and manage workflows, FlowDesinger and ETL, Integration Hub, DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors, tranformation
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
(server-side and client-side)
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Experience with (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable etc)
- Familiarity with CMDB and ITSM
- Experience with other Application would be plus like ITOM, HRSD.
- Understanding of ACLs, roles, and security best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
referred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications such as:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Module-specific certifications (CSM, ITSM, MCO etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
- Knowledge of UI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspace configuration
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and ATF (Automated Test Framework)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Min 3+ Years of experience in Servicenow
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (CSM, MCO, APO )
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience supporting global enterprise environments
