Our Team

  • You will join the International Growth Marketing team, a leading marketing organization.
  • Based in Seoul, you will report to the Internation Growth Marketing Senior Director.
  • You will act as the Demand Generation lead for Korea, owning strategy and execution locally.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with:
    • Sales leadership in Korea
    • Inside Sales & SDR teams
    • Channel & partner ecosystem
    • Global marketing teams

Your Mission & Impact

  • Own and drive end-to-end demand generation strategy for Korea
  • Adapt and localize global campaigns to fit Korean market dynamics, buyer behavior, and industry priorities
  • Build and execute integrated marketing plans (digital + physical) targeting key accounts and industries
  • Partner closely with Sales and Inside Sales to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth
  • Influence and support channel marketing strategies, including partner engagement and MDF utilization
  • Deliver measurable impact, with clear accountability on pipeline, conversion, and ROI
  • Manage and optimize local marketing budget with a performance-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Understand PTC’s global marketing and sales strategy and translate it into local execution plans
  • Identify key industries, accounts, and growth opportunities in Korea
  • Develop data-driven demand generation strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Own quarterly and annual demand generation planning for Korea, aligning local execution with global GTM priorities and pipeline go

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including:
    • Digital marketing (LinkedIn, search, display, third-party media)
    • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
    • Email and marketing automation
    • Events (virtual, hybrid, in-person)
  • Localize content and messaging to resonate with Korean audiences

Sales Alignment

  • Work closely with Sales and Inside Sales teams to ensure:
    • Strong campaign follow-up
    • Lead quality and conversion
    • Continuous feedback loop

Events & Field Marketing

  • Lead the planning and execution of high-impact Korea flagship events and executive engagements
  • Track, analysis, and report campaign performance (pipeline, ROI, engagement)
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize marketing tactics
  • Use insights to refine future campaigns and improve efficiency

Your Profile

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with strong ownership and execution skills:

Experience

  • 7–10+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or field marketing
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally in technology, SaaS, or industrial sectors
  • Strong experience in pipeline generation and revenue impact
  • Experience working in international/matrix organizations is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a startup spirit: proactive, hands-on, and results-driven
  • Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proven experience planning and executing large-scale flagship marketing events in a B2B environment
  • Experience with marketing digital tools (i.e. Eloqua, Salesforce, 6sense, Qlik , Power BI etc.)
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across sales, partners, and global teams
  • Comfortable testing new ideas and challenging the status quo

Communication

  • Fluent in Korean and English (mandatory)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to adapt messaging for both local and global audiences
