About the role
The role sits within Global TTS Client Operations, supporting Domestic and Instant Payments implementations across regions. The role is execution‑focused with growing leadership accountability, partnering with Product, Technology, Operations, and Data teams to deliver client solutions aligned to the Global Target Operating Model (TOM).
This role is responsible for hands‑on delivery, stakeholder coordination, and operational readiness.
Experience & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience delivering projects or initiatives within financial services.
- 3–5 years of experience within banking, transaction services, cash management, payments, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Exposure to TTS Cash Products or payments operations preferred.
- Experience operating in matrixed, global environments.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Skills & Competencies
- Strong execution and delivery focus with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Effective stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, or data analytics is a must.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in issue identification and resolution.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables.
