Responsibilities and Tasks

• Lead an experienced team to conduct budgeting business processes, efficiency improvement, and continuously explore opportunities for outstanding cost structures across the DRAM network.
• Collaborate with global, finance, procurement, network cost, PMO, and cost tactical teams on performance benchmarking. Periodically update cost status to drive for annual goals.
• Drive for year-over-year cost benchmark and define a competitive target that leads to the best cost in industry.
• Showcase conflict management and negotiation skills to drive organizational and company goals.
• Proven ability to work successfully with various groups and build network relationships.
• Motivate and challenge the team to improve organizational works and efficiency while ensuring their career development is on track.
• Continuously improve and develop reporting and forecasting capabilities to drive efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
• Leverage AI and system solution to transform how the budget process works

Core Knowledge and Requirements

• Degree: B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Productions & Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience of more than 6 years.
• Experience in managing projects and project teams with a strong understanding of structured project methodologies.
• Good written and oral presentation abilities to audiences at all levels in the site organization.
• Highly self-motivated and well-adapted working behavior with strong stress tolerance.
• Strong critical thinking, prioritization abilities, and analytical skills while providing insights to drive strategic direction.
• Fluency in English is a must and familiarity with a second language is a plus.

Travel

• Domestic travel is required (Taoyuan<->Taichung<->Tainan)
