私たちの組織:Telco Solutionsは、固定/モバイル通信サービス、インターネット接続サービス、IoT、インターネットVPNなど、通信事業者がエンタープライズユーザ向け、コンシューマ向けに提供する様々なネットワークサービスの構築、運用を支援するための製品、ソリューションを提供しています。また、その製品、ソリューションを活用したシステムの構築、運用、保守、コンサルティングを行うサービスを合わせて提供しています。 Telco Solutionsが提供する製品、ソリューションは、Operation Support SystemおよびMobile Core Network(4G/5G) Systemマーケットにおいて30年以上の経験と実績を持っており、世界中の数多くのお客様にご利用いただき、高い評価をいただいています。
【業務内容】
お客様との信頼関係を構築し、お客様が抱えるビジネス課題を最新のTelco Solutionsソリューションを通して解決提案します。また、システムの要件定義から構築、運用支援を一括してプロジェクマネージャーとして管理、実行します。その上で、常にチームに方向性を示し、複雑なビジネス課題に対して適切な判断をし、チームやメンバの育成を行います。
【経験、知識要件】
・通信業界におけるITシステムの提案、見積り、プロジェクト管理経験(要件定義~導入、保守サポート)が5年以上あること
・通信ネットワークに関する知識を保有し、活用した経験があること
・顧客要件をヒアリングし、文書化による可視化を行い、提案のリードをした経験
・10~20名程度のチームのプロジェクト管理経験
・PMBOKなどの一般的なプロジェクト管理手法に基づき案件をリードした経験
・英語力(技術文書のリーディング、メールでのコミュニケーション)
【あると望ましい知識、経験】
・案件レベルでなく、お客様全体のビジネスを考えアカウントチームをリードした経験
・AIやクラウド環境の知識と提案、開発経験
・チームメンバのメンタリングやコーチング経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント資格(PMP)
