  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and negotiate the final account with contractors and sub-contractors upon project completion.
  • Assist in the final handover documentation and settlement of all financial obligations.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure a common understanding of project scope and cost implications.
  • Act as a key point of contact for all commercial, financial, and contractual inquiries.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline from a recognized university, polytechnic, or educational establishment.
  • Minimum of 3 continuous years of relevant post-graduation experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with exposure to A&A works, retrofitting, or building improvement projects in the Singaporean market.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) is essential. Experience with specialist QS software (e.g., CostX, Glodon, Buildsoft) is a plus.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy in measurement and financial reporting.
